The Ugly Sweater Run returns to Chicago on Saturday (Dec. 12). This is a run for the entire family, and it’s really not one of those obsessed, personal-best events. This is all about fun. Race organizers don’t even keep your time.

Although if it feels right to run for you to like the wind, you are free to do that too. Just put on your ugly Christmas sweater and go. Everyone from kids age 5 to adults can get in on it.
